Fantastic experience there. Excellent hotel with good free Wi-Fi. Breakfast with patisseries and the croissants. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the executive apartment, plus a private safe, climate control, and a work desk. Very good and fantastic staff throughout. Marvellous and super location, a few steps away from everywhere. Nice enough area away from hustle and bustle.

Fraser Residence Menteng Jakarta is situated in a fantastic area, making it convenient to access shopping malls and the heart of Jakarta. My room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, equipped with an extra bed and washing machine. the pool area was enjoyable, and the staff was both competent and dedicated. the overall vibe was pleasantly quiet, adding to a relaxing experience.

kind, polite people working here. a wide range of delicious food for meals. location really close to most shopping malls and ancol, thamrin city, and many important sightseeings.

The staff was supper friendly and accommodating, some of them especially. We loved rooms with high quality pillows.

My stay here was fantastic for my business trip. the place was really well-maintained and nicely furnished with a king-size bed. Plus, having a shower and slippers was a nice touch! 😊.

I had a fantastic stay for three nights! the location was marvelous—very close to the train station, local dining options, and the heart of Jakarta. the main attraction, known for its stunning photographic angle, was only 2 km away from the hotel.

The staff here is super accommodating, the location is very central, near the city centre, and close to 2 mosques as well as wonderful places to visit.

The service was excellent, everyone was kind and polite, the rooms were brilliant and soundproof with good internet, and there was a great restaurant offering Arabic dishes.

The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a fairly nice area, next to the airport, and Plaza Indonesia. All the staff was very good and fantastic, solved my issues. - I appreciated having 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed in the room, that was amazingly comfortable too.
